I am a Licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO), a member of the Ontario Paralegal Association (OPA) and an appointed Commissioner for Taking Affidavits in Ontario. 

I graduated from Humber College from the Paralegal Program in 2014 and my areas of practice include Accident Benefit Claims (SABS), Provincial Offences (Traffic Tickets), Civil Litigation (Small Claims) and Criminal Summary Conviction Offences.

I have four years of experience in representing clients in the Small Claims Court, the Ontario Court of Justice under the Provincial Offences Act and Administrative Tribunals.

I have assisted many clients from various regions of Ontario with their cases before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (Mediations and Arbitrations), Licence Appeal Tribunal (Case Conferences and LAT Hearings) and Alternative Dispute Resolution forums.

My most notable decisions include 16-000766 v Meloche Monnex Financial Services Inc. and 16-001301 v Aviva Insurance Canada.

I am fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
